Hi!
In the past have we often used the "send to license administrator" function in the my.veeam.com portal when we needed to access the customer's licenses. We are usually only listed as "case administrator" for our customers. Now in the new U4 license portal this seems to be no longer possible. Is this a deliberate omission or just an oversight?
Background: many times the customers does no longer know their license administrator credentials or simply is too lazy to download the license. In this case the it's the easiest to click on the link and the customer will receive the license via mail which he can then simply forward to us for the installation. Otherwise we will have to (painfully) walk him through the process via phone or Team Viewer, which can be very time consuming.

Customer portal is outside of Veeam R&D responsibilities, so we cannot comment on those decisions unfortunately.
I will try to find someone from the back end team who may know the history of this change.
