Modern Authentication - Restore to Exchange Server 2019

Morning,

Within the new release of Exchange Server 2019 (2023 H1), Microsoft have included the ability to enable Modern Authentication via ADFS. Have Veeam had the ability to test this to provide a compatibility statement? I’m conscious that restore to M365 has supported Modern Auth for a while but with Exchange Server only just gaining support, I thought it is likely to break restore scenarios… I don’t have a suitable environment to test myself yet! Thanks

Hi Michael,

It is not supported for on-premises restore by Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange (which is installed along with Veeam B&R) but I noted your request.
