Monthly active full

Hello

If I wanted a monthly active full, with a few years of retention, would I use the "perform active full backups periodically" and set it to the same date as my monthly schedule? With reversed incremental mode? Just wanting to validate what i'm setting up. Thanks

Hi Steven,

Yes, that should work, and it doesn't matter what backup mode you choose sine you will only run active fulls all the time. You can also use PS script, to schedule active full backups via Windows Scheduler.
