monthly usage reports

Availability for the Always-On Enterprise

monthly usage reports

I think since version 9, I started receiving by the end of each month, a monthly usage report. I didn't set it up,
it started by itself. Now it stopped, also by itself.
I walked all over B&R Console and Enterprise Manager and couldn't find where to trigger it again. Please
enlighten me.

OK, I read the topic. I never had a rented license, ours is perpetual and always was.

Are you using Veeam ONE? Or only VBR and Enterprise Manager?

Have you ever merged licenses? If you open a license information window (menu -> license information), what type of license can you see there? Perpetual?

If so, kindly, contact our support team, as owners of perpetual licenses should not get automatic license usage reports.

Just to clarify a situation a little bit - owners of perpetual license should not get automatic usage reports. The fact that you does not get it now is expected behaviour.

You can open a ticket now to check why the report has been generated previously or wait till the issue re-occurs (if ever) and reach support team after that.
