Hi, I am running Veeam 6.1. I have noticed the C drive of my Veeam server is losing disk space quite rapidly. I have found that each time a Veeam file restore is carried out a 470MB mount_cache file is created in C:\System32\config\systemprofile\appdata\local. Can you please tell me if this is expected and if these files can be deleted. I am guessing they are the Event History files, so if I change the Retention period for the event history settings in Veeam enterprise console from 12 months to 1 month, the older files will be removed?
Thanks
John

Re: Mount_Cache files
They should be removed automatically after file level recovery finishes (unless it terminates abnormally). You can remove them manually. Thanks!
