Moving backup file and restore it

Hello, i need to move the location where B&R saves the file.
If I copy all the file in a temporary destination and then recopy in the original destination, B&R recognize it or the next time run the job it does a full backup? Even if chnage the date of the file?

Do you simply need to upgrade hardware in your repository keeping the URL backups are stored at? In this case you do not need to change anything in the product. If you need to move backup files to another repository, please use the procedure described in this topic. Thanks.

I need an hardware upgrade (vmware) but first i need to destroy the existent disk, But i think i can follow the same procedure as i move the backup file to another repository...
