Moving veeam folders and files to new SAN volume

Post by jbodnar »

Hello,

We want to relocate the Veeam backup folders and files from our old SAN volume to our new SAN volume on our Windows 2008 Server.

Can I just use RichCopy to copy all of the folders/files to the new SAN volume, then reassign the drive letters?

Thanks.

Hello, yes. And instead of reassigning drive letters, you could simple update destination in the Veeam Backup job settings. Thanks!
