MPIO Backup Proxy configuration with Pure Storage

Hi,
in our environment we configured veeam backup proxies(dedicated Win Server 2016 VMs in ESXi arch) of Veeam B&R (v.9.5u4) whith SAN direct access to Pure Storage.
From Pure console sometimes we see Alerts during backups: host connected to single controller.
We followed several KBs for the MIPO configuration but we did not come to a solution.
Has anybody already found and solved this problem?

I think you may ask our support team to check debug logs to understand if there is something on our side that makes the alert to occur on Pure console.

logos, I've got ours working with mpio and direct san mode if you need some help. Server 2019 is much much better speed wise btw.

Once you've looked at that, then you need to add all initiator ip's to your target portals - so ours has 4x10gig iscsi, so in target portal I have the four ip's ( 2 for controller CT0 and 2 for controller CT1) added to the target portal. Then if you have any proxies, you will need to do the exact same on those as well.

Once you have all of them added you should see all controllers connected in the console and be redundant.

this did not work for me because the snapshots are only connected, when the backup is running.

I created small volumes at the Pure systems and connected them to the proxy server. Here I configured all paths for MPIO and since then I don't get the error message.
