It is possible with Veam 5.0 Backup & Replication to create replication jobs with multiple time plan`s?

Yes, but they should not overlap, or other jobs will fail.

At the normal worktime, the replication job runs every 15 minutes.
On weekends I want run this task only 2 times every day. I want do this, that other tasks can run faster.

You can either use PowerShell (search these forums for PS script examples) and Windows Scheduler to script your jobs to run on a desired schedule, or create two jobs.
