Does anyone know how to get to veeam support if you can't get into your account. I just renewed in September. My login email matches what is on that license file. I go to the portal to put in a support ticket and get told access denied. I try and call and since I don't have a case it will not let me talk to a person. Below is the error message. Any direction would be helpful.
"Looks like you don't have enough permissions to check our stealth-mode project. Please contact us for credentials."

This message sounds odd. Just to be sure you've tried to login at my.veeam.com?
Have you tried to reset the password with the 'restore access to your account' option?

Yep, clicked the link in the upper right corner of the veeam.com page. Logged in and it logged in. Then went to click my account and it threw that error. Someone opened a ticket for me from another post and now it appears i can get into the portal. So it appears to be fixed. It was really odd.
