Post by Lazarey »

Oops...

My VM.vbk has been deleted today... :(
I have some VM-xxxx.vrb, and because last backup was a full backup, and i have a VM-xxxx.vbk from lastday.

Hi,

I would recommend starting backup job from scratch, as renaming VM-xxxx.vbk to the deleted vbk name would bring inconsistency to your configurations DB, and you might not be able to do a restore from renamed vbk file.

Thanks!

Renaming file seems working, but, as you said, i'm not sure of consistency in configurations DB...

Thanks !
