MySQL Item Recovery

How can i do item-recovery from mysql server ?
Is there any video or white paper help me with the steps ?

Kareem, there's no built-in item-level recovery for MySQL in Veeam B&R. However you can perform Instant Recovery of a VM with the database and retrieve the required data using native tools.

Foggy,you are right, but we can use MySQL workbench tool for manually recovery
The point is that i don't know how to use workbench,so it will help me a lot if you have video for how to use it
