Some Platinum Guy told me, there is a Feature difference between Availabilty Suite and Backup Essentials.
I can't find information about this and he did not send me the information i demanded.
Is there an difference except for the license?
I think no. They both include B&R + One.
BTW: A Suite with an Server Agent would be better than including One.
Its not interchangeable? ;-)

Re: Mythos: Availability Suite != Backup Essentials
There are no feature differences between Veeam Essentials and Veeam Availability Suite.
Veeam Essentials is basically Veeam Availability Suite for SMB (limited to 6 sockets max).
Neither Veeam Essentials nor Veeam Availability Suite has its components interchangeable.

Okay fine, so its as i thought, the guy talked just something...
> ?? Neither Veeam Essentials nor Veeam Availability Suite has its components interchangeable. ??
Btw Marketing: add a server agent license model for SMB :-) or add one server free/cheaper for the same hyper-v host. so i can backup both hyper-v vms + hyper-v host easier.
