Hello,
We are running Veeam Backup & Replication 4.1 on Windows Server 2008.
We have noticed that when running the "Veeam Backup and FastSCP Service" service with a user which does not have administrator's privileges, we are unable to run lan-free backups.
Our security services require an official statement from Veeam to justify the fact that we have given administrator privileges to this service account.
Could you please tell me where I can get such a statement (or point me to the documentation which makes this requirement clear)?

Hello Stephane, if I recall correctly this is stated as requirement directly in the setup wizard, on the same step where you specify this account.
