V12.1 -> Netapp 9.13.1 issues or not?

Hi,

The V12.1 release notes on storage integration for NetApp on page 19 state this:

ONTAP cluster-mode versions from 9.1 up to 9.13.1 (Version 9.13.1 has some issues. For more details, see this Veeam KB article)

The KB article https://www.veeam.com/kb4480 states this:

This issue will be addressed in Veeam Backup & Replication 12a.

Is 12.1 the mentioned 12a?

If so, is it fixed or not?

p.s. we held up upgrading to Ontap 9.13.1 due to this issue, so that's why I'm asking.

Great, perhaps update the releasenotes and KB then? Since they now wrongly mention there are issues with 9.13.1?

Additionally, how is this fixed in V12.1? Does Veeam query the retention of the recovery queue and deletes the snapshot after the retention has expired?

Now we find a clone in the recovery queue, remove it from there, and then delete the snapshot.

The issue is indeed fixed in 12.1, so you can proceed with the planned update.
