Case #04720969
I have a new install of BDR9.5. I need 9.5 for some of the gear I currently have. That gear will be going away soon, but I need to pull the backups from it now.
I have more than 10 VMs that need to be backed up, so the community license doesn't work. I'm trying to get the trial license installed, but it's not having it, giving a non-descript error of, "Veeam Backup and Replication: Invalid License". I suspect it is emailing me a v11 key and I need a v9.5 key.
Am I on the right track?
Any thoughts as to how I proceed?
