New install VBR12 with PSQL fails

Hi all,

New VM rolled out with windows server 2022 Build 21H2 20348.2113
If i want to install VBR12 with PSQL i get hit with an error:
[17.11.2023 12:15:45][INFO] Exception occurred (Veeam products installation section).
Info: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (193): An error occurred trying to start process 'D:\Redistr\x64\PostgreSQL\15.1-1\postgresql-15.1-1-windows-x64.exe' with working directory 'D:\Setup'. The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.

I was able to install it on windows server 2022 Build 21H2 20348.2031

Maybe something broke in the latest windows updates?
Also found the installer is only successfully tested on 2019 (https://www.postgresql.org/download/windows/)

Any thoughts anyone?

Redownload of the iso solved the issue.
