New installation fails

I am installing Veeam 7 backup and replication 64bit on a windows 7 64bit workstation, towards the end of the install it tries to start services and fails, I get this error in the event log. This is the second time I have tried to install Veeam 7 on this workstation with the same results.
The workstation has a static IP on the LAN, there are no networking issues. The services will not start during the install, however I am able to start some of them when the install completes, the Veeam Backup service will not start at all however.

After the installation completes and I try to manually start the Veeam Backup service, I get this error:

Do you have SP1 installed on this Windows 7 workstation?
