Nimble Integration

Post by chris.childerhose »

We recently upgraded our license to ENT+ to allow for Nimble Integration. I have set up some of my bigger jobs with this but see major issues now versus before when it was normal backups. The errors being reported have to do with IQNs like this -

Error: Cannot retrieve physical extents for connecting iSCSI target IQN

I have opened a support case - # 02124750 and they suggested to turn off CHAP but we do not use it nor is it enabled.

Anyone have suggestions to check? I am going to try recreating one of the jobs from scratch to see if that happens to fix it.

Hi Chris, this looks like a known issue that is going to be addressed in Veeam B&R v9.5 Update 2. Meanwhile you will be educated on possible workarounds by your support engineer. Thanks.

Thanks Foggy. 8)

Is there a way to get Update 2 ahead of scheduled release for support issues like this?
