No proxy available Error

Hi
Evryone, i have a question, that's alway that backup start scheduled fails with No proxy available.

I don't know why, because i have only one backup job.

The strange is I edit the backup proxy settings after the fail , and no changes made, i finish the edit, retry the backup, and works well. but the next day again the same thing.

May be is the concurrent task that I have limited to only one????

There are several reasons why it can fail with the mentioned error.
Please contact the support team and provide them logs, this would help to understand the real cause of the issue, also share the case id number here. Thanks!
