Number of Cores Incorrectly Detected

Hello,

i added new windows server to managed servers as a next steps in tried to make it a proxy. Unfortunetly Veeam recognize under server only 2cpu but server have 4 of them.

Situation is exactly the same like described in this KB1749 with one significant difference as there was about windows server 2003 but here we talk about server 2016. Mean i can not use patch provided in KB. Maybe problem is as that server 2016 is a instance in AWS ?

any help or solutions is more then welcome
