Hi,
Apologies if this has been raised and answered before, I had a look in the FAQ but couldn't find the answer.
I've been advised by a colleague that the option to only send an email from Veeam when all retries have been attempted and a job is still failing does not work. Is this the case, or is there some sort of additional magical trickery that needs to be done?

If you have this option enabled in the notification settings, then it should work. If you still see notifications on retries, then please contact our support team for investigation.
