Option "Overwrite" or "keep" are hidden when restoring Guest Files (Windows)

Dear all,

I'm facing this issue, 2 options (Overwrite & Keep" are hidden) when selecting restore Guest Files (Windows), did anyone see this issue before? May I seek your advices?
Ps: The Enale guest file system indexing is selected.

Hi Patrick

Are you facing one of the limitations? It seems that you have excluded some disks and there are limitations around excluding the system disk and direct restore. Also make sure to use the latest build, if you exclude the os drive. In earlier versions, direct restore didn‘t worked when the system disk was excluded.

If not, please open a case and let our support team handle this „technical issue“. Please provide the case number for our reference.

Thank you so much for you prompt reply. I've verified your advice and I'd say you're right, there is a limitation around excluding the system disk. After adding, those options are visible.
