If we elect 8x5 support and decided mid cycle that we would like to upgrade to 24x7 support what are our options? Pay some type of one time support fee or pay the difference between the 8x5 and 24x7?
We have never had to use support but I am resigning my position and would like the renew for only one year so my successor can decide to keep Veeam or not. Our renew is up as of last week and I will be on board for another 4 months. We previously used the second year 24x7 to provide the first year uplift (8x5 to 24x7).

Hi, Mike - honesty, it is best to address these kind of questions to your Veeam sales rep. The R&D team behind this forum has nothing to deal with sales and marketing... which is what makes these forums so awesome but also makes us unable to answer the corresponding questions.
On a serious note, I can imagine this to be a very common upgrade path indeed, so I am sure that the corresponding processes and options are fully worked out.
