Ordinal 459 error
Has anyone encountered this error before?
This is a full version with trial license key, patched with Patch3.
When I launch VBR, this error appears and there are lot of IE popups which I have to close one by one manually. After I closed all Internet Explorers, the software launches and backup.restore works.
I am worried if I purchase Veeam, I will encounter this error too.
OS: Windows 2008 R2 (VM)

Johnson, please include your support case ID when posting about technical issue, as it is explained when you click New Topic. Thank you for your understanding. As to the error message you see, there should not be any IE popus during backup console start.

My bad here. My apologies.
This is a 30-day trial VBR so I do not think I am entitled to any support.

Re: Ordinal 459 error
I've just come across the article regarding urlmon.dll issues. Typical causes include: a registry problem, virus or malware issue, hardware failure, etc. It might be worth reviewing the article and seeing whether some of the mentioned fixes apply to your situation.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
