New ISO version P20230303
I just downloaded the v12 ISO on yet another VBR server to upgrade it, and I noticed that the patch level has been upped to P20230303. Neither the release notes nor the sticky post here reflect this. What has changed in this new version?

Hi Daniel
Documentation will be able shortly.
The new ISO was created to include a plug-in for an updated plug-in for the new version of Veeam Backup for AWS.
Best,
Fabian

Re: P20230303
Hi Daniel
An update.
The new ISO doesn‘t contain a new Cumulative Patch for Veeam Backup & Replication. The iso still installs Veeam V12 with the patch released last week (P20230223).
We have added the new AWS plugin version and rebuild the Iso for that. The name of the ISO was updated to reflect it‘s creation date (20230303).
That‘s why there is no update of our kb articles.
Best,
Fabian

Re: P20230303
As a heads up, the ISO will be updated again in the next few days for a similar reason: we just shipped the new version of Veeam Backup for Azure.
According to our long-standing standard, the name of an ISO always reflects the ISO creation date. This is because the ISO can be updated for a variety of reasons and not just due to a new patch for VBR itself. In case of any doubts, the VBR patch level can be seen from the file name of the cumulative patch in the updates folder. The setup program automatically installs anything stored in that folder at the end of the installation process (usually it contains only the latest cumulative patch).
