parallel Replication and Backup Job crash

excuse my bad english.

Veeam Backup and FastSCP 4.1
We have define a scheduled Backup Job at 16:15.
The first VM starts the next Backup at his End by "post Job activity"
So no Backup's run at the same time.

In this Backup time 16:15 to 06:00 about, it starts a Replication Job every 2 hours and run about 10 minutes.
In this scenario, it comes many times to crashes of the backup or replication Job.

Backup and Replication Jobs are on different ESX-Hosts and Storage Targets.

any Idea's ???

You cannot process the same VM with multiple jobs at the samet time. Make sure the jobs do not overlap. Replication scheduling control provides great flexibility, so it should be easy to achieve. Thanks!
