Patch 3 download

Where can I download Patch 3 from? The bottom of the Sticky goes nowhere.

Have ran out of places to look.

Same here.

It should have been available a week ago (from April 22nd onwards) but no dice until now. The Search engine comes up empty

If it was withdrawn because of a problem, then just say so. There is no shame in that.

Thanks for updating the sticky. A small nagg however: if the download is not yet available, but it will be soon, then please please pretty please just say so on the KB page.

People wo read Gostevs weekly Email and click on the link, end up on a page with no active download link and are confused (again).

I am sorry for causing this confusion. We did not pull the patch or anything like that.

Just to explain what happened:

1. When I first created the Patch 3 entry in the sticky topic, the support KB article did not exist yet, so I put a placeholder with question marks in the hyperlink instead of KB number. I wanted to be able to quickly update it on the go, as soon as I have the actual KB article number, without having to do much typing from the phone.

2. Next morning, support has added the KB article, but without download link (they were still waiting for the web team to upload the package). However, I still went ahead and updated the sticky post with the link, not to come back to this again (Mondays are always busy, and I was afraid I would forget).

3. Some time later, support has simply added the download link to the KB article.

Patch 3 was indeed available for download through support since April 22nd, but I gave it one week before announcing more widely through the forums to limit the scope of affected users in case of potential issues.
