patch applied v11 unable to open console

applied patch https://www.veeam.com/kb4126
also downloaded : Fix_321829_3facddf422\323642
followed process to replace veeamagent as per technical engineer.
now unable to open Veeam console.

Hi Debra,

Please provide a support case number as requested when you create a new topic about technical issue. I don't think it's possible to say what's going on without precise examination of debug logs so I'd let our support team to continue working on this issue.

Right, really you should just continue working with the "technical engineer" who provided you the fix. There's no point in creating such topics here, as this is not a support forum - but rather the community with a very specific purpose (it's all documented when you click New Topic). Thanks!
