Patch R2a
In the freq question post is "Update (build 7.0.0.764) [November 13, 2013] (superseded by R2a)"
but when I go to http://www.veeam.com/patches.html it has only r2.
I have no issues in 7 but was going to patch but would like to be up to date for a few seconds

Re: Patch R2a
I just went and looked. All I see is
Veeam Backup & Replication 7.0 R2 November 2013
the FAQ say the date should be 12/2/13 for R2a

Re: Patch R2a
The download link in the KB article leads to R2a. The website just informs when Veeam B&R v7 R2 has become available. Hope this clears everything out.

Re: Patch R2a
(a) is only used to distinguish the newer build of R2 update. It is still the same R2 update.
You don't have to update if you are not affected by those 3 known issues in the original R2 build.
R2a is merely a convenience for users who did not update to R2 yet, to ensure they don't run into these issues.
Same idea as vCenter 5.1, 5.1a, 5.1b (more polished builds of the same version), except in our case the difference is very small (just 3 bugs fixed).
