seeking some advise please in relation to Permanent failover process and vsphere.
During a permanent fail-over process of a replicated vm i can see that the process looks to work correctly in that the replica machine
is turned on at the new site and veeam controls that process, however the original vm does not turn itself off (is this as expected or do i need to
do something with the original vm that was permanently switched over. I would like to ensure that the permanent vm has the most up to data information
when the failover happens, is there a another final sync needed to the new vm after permanent failover or any other additional processes to follow.
I would have thought the original VM would have been also turned off by the veeam failover process. thanks
