Physical B&R

Post by pcrebe »

Hi,
is possible install B&R 5.0.2 on a physical server with a Xeon 3.0Mhz dual core with HT or not?
May i have a quad core absolutly?
The install wizard fails if don't fin a quad?
Now i'm using a B&R VM but the problems with my replica jobs (hangs at 0%) make me think to use a SAN mode with physical B&R server. :(

Yes, you can install Veeam on any server, no matter of CPU cores count. Thanks.

Install will give a warning, but you can ignore it and continue the install. Our primary Veeam server is exactly one of these older dual-core hyperthreading systems.
