How can i add physical server to Veeam Backup & Replication.

Do you want to use this server as a backup destination target? If this is the case, then you can add only Linux servers through Add Server wizard, as for the Windows targets, then you should backup to those through the CIFS share.

Do you want to replicate some VMs to this server? If yes, then you need to do it as Vitaly has described - through the CIFS share.
Replication and backup of physical servers are not supported.

Veeam Backup & Replication is a solution for virtual machines only. Replication and backup of physical servers are not supported.

You might want to look at using the Vmware converter for that, you could probably get that running as scheduled task - in a fashion.
