ping will be fail for surebackup

Dear all
Hi

i have installed windows server 2016 (latest update) + veeam B&R 4.5 on a VM
my windows server 2016 ip is = 172.20.68.208 in vlan 686
i have added 3 vnic to veeam server
vmnic1 in vlan 661 with ip = 172.20.66.6 , netmask=255.255.255.248 without gateway
vmnic2 in vlan 662 with ip = 172.20.93.10 , netmask= 255.255.255.128 without gateway
vmnic3 in vlan 682 with ip= 172.20.68.94 , netmask= 255.255.255.224 without gateway

now i get backup from one of my vm that has been reside in vlan662 and then create a sure backup job as following info :









according above config for the first time sure backup job run and all was ok .
ping ok

but when this jub run for the next time it get fail for ping why ?

As the images aren't working, I'm doing a bit of guessing. Could it be ping responses are disabled via the Windows firewall after Windows upgrades? Does this happen every time you run the SureBackup job? If the issue is persistent, please contact support for insight on the configuration and logs.

All of my windows firewalls are off i can not say a certain time for example maybe work now and 1 hours later ping test not work .
but when install new windows and after that install new veeam it wiil be work for 2-3 days without problems but after that it will be fail most times

As suggested, I would advise you to contact support about this as this isn't a straight forward fix via the forums. The virtual lab proxy should not be related to the SureBackup ping test.
