Ports use HPE StoreOnce Catalyst Copy technology to copy backup files?

Hi,

I setting two StoreOnces and I need know what ports I need open in my Firewall?

Only One Veeam server(with proxy and gateway rols)

StoreOnce 1
StoreOnce2

StoreOnce 1 <---(Open ports?)-----> StoreOnce 2

I think that the question for device manufacturer which ports need to be open to make storage replication work. Thanks!

Please make sure you're using the same connection type while adding the target StoreOnce as Veeam B&R repository. I.e. if you connect the devices over Ethernet, you must use IP address when adding the target repository to Veem B&R.

If StoreOnce Catalyst operations pass through a firewall, the network administrator must open (TCP) ports 9387 (Command protocol) and 9388 (Data protocol). Opening these ports allows the StoreOnce Catalyst traffic to pass to and from the StoreOnce Systems.
