Ports used in instant database recovery

I need to start looking at instant database recovery. I don't see anything about this in https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110 , does this mean that it is enough to open these ports and instant recovery will work as well as a standard restore?

Also: is it possible to use the target server as staging server?

yes, the restore ports are also for instant recovery.

did you see any issues? Note: there is almost no requirement for the staging server at all for SQL (only point in time to transaction restore and export)
