Possible issue when closing opening VBR

I don't know if this is just me or it is an issue. If you close VBR console and then immediately try and re-open it, the VBR management console process will be running in the background but nothing appears. The server will start to become unresponsive.

Is this something you guys have seen before? I really hope its just me

I personally haven't seen this issue, neither previously nor now when I tried to simulate it. So, chances are it might be something specific to your deployment. Thanks.
