pre-freeze script error

Hi,

Does anyone have error like this when running pre-freeze for sap hana database server?

Looks like something for Hana related support and not veeam. Are you using your own pre freeze script?

the problem solved.
I use hdbuserstore command and use port 39613.

But there is new error when running the script :

* 2: general error: Backup error: Snapshot operations are supported for single tenant systems only. SQLSTATE: HY000
Timeout waiting for HANA DB freeze status!

Is the script not supported for multitenant ?
