Prevent shutdown of SureBackup Application Group

Hi everyone,

is there a possibility of preventing Veeam from shutting down ApplicationGroups in a SureBackup job in case of a detected error (eg. no IP v4 detected)?
I am using SureBackup for Exchange item restores.

Timo, if you need to troubleshoot the particular VM, you can right-click the corresponding SureBackup job session under the History node, select Statistics, right-click the VM in question, and click Start. The job will then restarted in troubleshooting mode, starting the application group and the selected VM.

Also, haven't you considered using Veeam Explorer for Exchange for item-level restores?

Was I supposed to know that brilliant feature of the SureBackup diagnostic mode?
Never heard of it. I'm sure, this will save some time in future. :D

I'd do anything for the possibility of using Veeam Explorer for Exchange, but... Exchange 2007 :roll:

Well, it is mentioned in the user guide, though a bit incidentally.
