Problem veeam backup replication and linux

Dear,
I added a CentOS7 Linux machine to veeam backup replication 9.5.0.1536, I
had no problem in this step, I added the machine and I also managed to
install the agent, but when creating a task to backup: / etc / test, the
following message appears

8/14/2018 5:20:52 PM :: Error: Exception of type
'Veeam.Backup.SSH.CSshTimeoutException' occurred.

It has validated the access data and the ssh port, also add the IP to the
csf of the server, modify the hostname so that they can be seen, but I get
the same error.
Anyone know what can it be.

The case number of veeam is: 03150498

Look the credential on your taskbackup.

Send a screen of the task please.

Any answer from VEEAM on what this issue is? I just opened a support ticket but spent an hour yesterday on the phone with a VEEAM Engineer and a DBA with our CSP provider about this same error. We were unable to find a solution and that is when they advised to open a ticket with VEEAM support.

Is your backup stopping after about 2 minutes and 9 seconds? Mine fails there every time with the "Error: Exception of type 'Veeam.Backup.SSH.CSshTimeoutException' was thrown."

The reasons could be different. What is the support ticket ID?

I am on a trial right now before we purchased the enterprise version and my support ticket got auto closed. The ticket ID is 03695633.

Are you on your official trial period and using a trial license? Because in that case, you get normal support. The "ticket got auto closed" part sounds like you're using the Community Edition, as opposed to a trial license. Please, re-open a ticket with the trial license.

Let me know if they solve this for you because I am at my wits end.. I was eventually informed that because I am trying to go from one cloud provider to another that I would either have to create a site to site VPN or deploy Cloud Connect. I don't understand how setting up the Cloud Connect on my server would change the error connecting to the server and the documentation on this is based on being provided by Veeam Partners.
