problem with compress ratio

Post by eddy hoareau »

Here is my stat from one of my job from veeam backup 3.0.1.

4 VM : 3 Windows 2003 32bits (application servers , not much data ), 1 windows 2003 64 bits (MS SQL 2005, lot of data ) :

Backup via SAN VCB ,VSS snapshot , Best compression , 7 days rollback

As you can see : I have strange stat > compress ratio 130 % ! how it is possible ?

It is hard to say from screenshot - we would need to investigate this with logs... could be UI bug as well.

I have the same problem and tech support told me that it was a cosmetic bug that will be fixed in a future release.

Hello all, I've just verified with support that it is indeed known cosmetic bug, and it will be fixed in Veeam Backup 4.0 release.
