Hi,
In attempting my first replication of an [ESX4.1] VM I am receiving the following error;
:Initializing target session;
: Storage file '/vmfs/volumes/x/y.vbk' is missing from host 'mytargethostname'. If you are using initial replica seeding please follow instructions from the readme.txt file...
Is this telling me it MUST be seeded or pre-copied to target host first ?
I see no indication of this refered to in the documentation or FAQ regarding creating a replication job...
Am I missing something really obvious here ?
Thanks
Brian

Re: problem with first replication (VM) attempt
Either you have seeding enabled in the replication job settings, or this is not the first run of the job and someone or something did delete the replica.vbk file from target. Feel free to contact our support for assistance, they will guide you through the process. Thanks!
