Hello,
my customer has bought Veeam Connect from service provider, but when he configures credentials on Veeam server receive follwing error.
I have found nothing about this error, and hope someone here can help me.

This problem is solved. Was a cloud provider issue on customer profile.

Vladimir, in the opening he stated that his costumer bought the service from a Veeam provider, so he sounds like a consultant for an end user. I'm not sure he's entitled to the VCSP forum.

Luca has right. I'm working for Veeam partner but my company is not a cloud provider, we only deliver consulting services. Furthermore I don't know how the provider solved this issue.
