Product key for version12.2

Hi all,
I had a question about the old version of Veeam, specifically 12.2 .
I want to use version 12.2 of Veeam B&R because of some issues i had with version 12.3 and I want to get a license for the old version since i don't want to use the community edition. I see that i can download version 12.2 ISO but cant find any product key for it.
Could anyone please confirm if the product key for version 12.2 of Veeam is currently available and provide guidance on how to obtain it if necessary?

Hello Rexhina

Your product key should work for all v12 builds we have released.
Just download the license key from your My Account portal (https://my.veeam.com/) and install the license.

May I ask, did you open a support case for this "issues"? Downgrading is not supported and will certainly lead to issues regarding backup & restore with v12.3 backup chains. You will not be able to continue or restore from these chains if they were modified in v12.3.

Thank you for your help!
I have installed version 12.2 community edition just for testing so I will not be downgrading from the other version. I tried version 12.3 community edition but since i could not do any backup jobs with it, i opted for this older one and everything works fine.
Now I have to install Veeam to my client's infrastructure so i will have to get the license and product key for this version that i decided to use and i cannot find it anywhere since 12.2 version is not on the official dowloads site of Veeam.

Hi Rexhina,

You should proceed with version 12.3 in your customer's infrastructure. There's no reason to start the deployment with version 12.2 just because you encountered issues in your lab environment.

By now we have almost hundred thousands of customers who have successfully migrated to version 12.3, and our support team is not aware of any significant issues preventing customers from using it. Additionally, please note the security vulnerabilities we have addressed in version 12.3: https://www.veeam.com/kb4693

If you still prefer to deploy version 12.2, the ISO is available from our official knowledge base: https://www.veeam.com/kb4600
The license file (v12.3) in your customer's license portal can be used with version 12.2.
