Proxmox: Getting started with Veeam

Post by auldh »

I have acquired a license for Veeam.
I want to start implementing the Backup/Restore in my environment.
Not clear on what to download: I have
3 Windows 2019 servers
3 SuSE Linux servers
Want to use my Windows 11 Pro workstation as an administrator of the project.
Can someone help me get all the software to build the Veeam application?
I have downloaded "VeeamBackup&Replication_13.0.1.2067_20260310.iso" already, just so you know.

Hi Herb, welcome to the forums.

I'd recommend start with the Deployment section in the User Guide for getting the software installed, and once you're setup, check out the Proxmox section for getting the Proxmox environment added to the backup server.

You may also check our Frequently Asked Questions topics to help get acquainted with Veeam.
