Proxox feature missing after first reboot

Post by rprengel »

Hallo,
I installed the latest Veeam 12 and and added a proxmox server. Everything worked fine.
After a reboot only hype V and vmware are available as V Servers . All other are not displayed any longer.
I m using the free 10 workloads version for first tests.
Thanks for a hint
Ralf

Hi rprengel,

The behavior is not correct here, so a Support Case will be required for further investigation. Be sure to include logs for Veeam Support to review. (Use the 3rd radio button to export logs from hosts, select the Veeam server itself to export logs from)

If I understood you correctly you're using Community Edition, which is supported on a "best-effort" basis -- however, if you're trialing the software, you should have an evaluation license in your account portal at my.veeam.com, and evaluation licenses are eligible for Support.

Please share your case number once created. Thanks!

In addition to what David recommended, you can also check whether this KB article applies to your issue: https://www.veeam.com/kb4687
