Hello,
I install all veeam component on one server and every job i got
'Load : source 0% > Proxy 100% > Target 0%'
'Primary bottleneck : proxy'
How we can solve the proxy bottleneck?

A couple of things you want to look into:
What mode is your proxy using? Network? Hot Add? etc?
Is your proxy sized correctly?
Is your proxy located 'close' to your backup targets? Eg: Are you on the same network? Same host? What's the deal here?
What workloads are you trying to back up?
Have you opened a support ticket to look at these things with you?

Hi
I use default proxy when installing the VBR and the VBR running under vmware so the backup targets is dis on the vmare datastore.

Sounds like you are using an all in one installation. Take a look at resources on your VBR and see if you can give a few more resources to handle the processing.

Is the Veeam seerv physical or virtual and what speed are the network conenction(s)

Veeam server running under vmware and network speed is 10gbps

Have you checked the sizing guide as Tyler suggected as I would suspect that your server is under provisioned
