Can anyone confirm that the latest version of the Pure Storage Plug-in (1.3.18) will work with Veeam 11? The KB indicates v10 or later, but I wanted to verify. Thanks.

I think it will work, if Veeam write V11 as a product in the KB Scope

There are some considerations. Just google for Veeam Pure Safe Mode, there are tons of resources on the Internet in this regard.
