Question about Backup Job Status Mails

Hello,

(no IT knowledge) End-Company-Customer receive copy of daily veeam backup job

Question: can I disable such Mails? (customer sometime misunderstand this mails that Backup was running well)

But Backupjob Status comes from the other sort of Emails

Normally, these settings are based on either global settings or per job settings. Could you check if their mail address is there?
