Question on GFS retention in copy job

I plan on setting up a GFS retention policy in the backup copy job as follows.
35 restore points
0 weekly
12 Monthly’s
1 yearly
I plan on running the month end, and year end, on the last day of the month. Will two separate task run, or is Veeam smart enough to run one of the task and just copy the data? The data will be exactly the same, so I’m not sure.
